Case studies

Real constraints, targeted technical work

Three projects told from the need on the ground: the context, what we did, what we handed over.

  • Healthcare
  • Thermal mapping

Qualifying sensitive storage enclosures

Sector Hospital pharmacy

Context
A hospital pharmacy needed to qualify sensitive storage enclosures. [À CONFIRMER ADRIEN: type and number of enclosures; what triggered the campaign, commissioning, periodic check, after maintenance or after an incident.]
What MAJ did
We ran the measurement campaign, then the data analysis: temperature distribution, stability, hot and cold spots, assessed against the defined acceptance criteria. On-site work followed the facility’s access and safety rules. [À CONFIRMER ADRIEN: roles involved; campaign length and number of points; temperature only, or temperature and humidity.]
Deliverable
A standards-based report: probe layout, instrument traceability, results and charts, a reasoned compliance conclusion and follow-up recommendations. [À CONFIRMER ADRIEN: method applied, FD X15-140 or other.]

  • EMS & monitoring

Deploying a critical monitoring system

Sector Pharmaceutical industry

Context
A pharmaceutical site needed to deploy an environmental monitoring system to watch its critical parameters. [À CONFIRMER ADRIEN: new installation, replacement or extension of an existing EMS; areas and quantities monitored.]
What MAJ did
We handled the engineering, integration and qualification of the system. [À CONFIRMER ADRIEN: roles involved; exact scope among URS, architecture, instrumentation, electrical cabinets, interfaces with existing systems, FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ testing.]
Deliverable
A centralised monitoring system and its qualification documentation. [À CONFIRMER ADRIEN: documents handed over, among the examples the service lists, URS, risk assessments, EMS architecture, measurement point list, electrical drawings, traceability matrices, FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ protocols and reports.]
Explore EMS engineering

  • Biopharma
  • Airlocks & interlocks

Securing access to a cleanroom

Sector Biopharma / cleanroom

Context
In a biopharmaceutical cleanroom, airlock access had to be secured and the door interlocks controlled. [À CONFIRMER ADRIEN: number of airlocks and doors; new or existing installation.]
What MAJ did
We put in place a configurable solution: opening conditions tied to differential pressure control, and integration with the site’s BMS/EMS. Work in the cleanroom followed the site’s access and safety rules. [À CONFIRMER ADRIEN: roles involved; MAJ’s Interlock or another solution; integration protocol; FAT/SAT tests carried out.]
Deliverable
An airlock interlock system, set up for the sequences defined for the installation. [À CONFIRMER ADRIEN: documents handed over; support with IQ/OQ/PQ; user training.]
